1. Operating Hours & Service Frequency

Service operates daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
-
The last full loop begins no later than 4:00 PM. Passengers are advised to board before this time to complete the full tour.

Buses are estimated to arrive every 1-1.5 hours, depending on traffic, weather, or road conditions.
-
All timings may be adjusted without prior notice due to traffic congestion, weather changes, road closures, special events, or other operational reasons.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, skip, or cancel any stop along the route if circumstances such as severe traffic congestion, safety concerns, official instructions, or unforeseen events make it necessary. In such cases, no refund or compensation shall be applicable.
2. Ticketing & Validity

Tickets are valid according to the type stated (9 hours pass), calculated from the first check-in time.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of complete service cancellation by the operator.

Tickets are valid only for the stated date(s) and cannot be carried over to another day.

Whether purchased online or offline, passengers must present a valid e-ticket QR code for verification. Staff will issue a wristband, which serves as the boarding pass.

Wristbands are strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-resalable.

Child tickets are valid for passengers aged 5 to 12 years old. Children under 5 years old may travel free of charge, provided they are accompanied by a fare-paying adult.
3. Hop-On Hop-Off Policy

Passengers with a valid wristband may hop on and off freely at any designated KK Hop On Hop Off stop within operating hours.

Seating is first-come, first-served; seat reservations are not available.

The expected bus interval is 1-1.5 hours, but delays may occur.
4. Missed Buses
-
If a bus has already passed a stop (especially the last bus of the day), passengers should make alternative travel arrangements at their own cost.

No compensation will be provided for missed buses caused by late arrival at the stop.
5. Route Changes & Service Disruptions
-
The operator reserves the right to modify routes, skip stops, adjust schedules, or use alternative vehicles when necessary.

Changes may be due to traffic congestion, adverse weather, road closures, special events, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.

Advance notices will be posted on the official website and social media channels where possible.
6. Passenger Guidelines

For safety, passengers must remain seated or hold onto handrails while the bus is moving.
-
No eating or drinking is allowed on board, except for bottled mineral water.
-
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-
Dangerous, illegal, or harmful items are strictly prohibited.

The operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, behave inappropriately, or endanger others.
7. Responsibility & Liability

Passengers are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. The operator is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

The operator will not be held liable for delays, service interruptions, or losses caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, accidents, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond control.
8. Photography & Media

Passengers may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By boarding the bus, you consent to the use of such media unless you inform the operator otherwise.
9. Intellectual Property
-
All text, images, logos, audio, and video on the KK Hop On Hop Off website and promotional materials are protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
10. User Content Policy
-
By posting, tagging, commenting, or submitting any content (“User Content”) on our official social media pages or platforms, you grant us and our affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and reshare such content in any media for promotional, marketing, or operational purposes.

You acknowledge that all User Content is non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we have no obligation to review, credit, or compensate you for its use.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or restrict any User Content at our sole discretion without notice.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.

You remain solely responsible for your User Content and agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from it.
11. Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the service is cancelled by us.

Refunds will only be given if:

The service is cancelled by the operator.
-
There is a duplicate payment or overcharge.

No refunds for:

Change of mind
-
Late arrival or missed bus

Unused or expired tickets
-
Bad weather (unless service is fully cancelled)

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours after purchase.

Please email your refund request with payment slip, booking ID, reason, contact details, and any photo/video evidence to info@kkhoponhopoff.com with subject “REFUND REQUEST / KK HOHO / BOOKING ID”.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

Tickets bought from agents or third-party sellers follow their own refund rules.
12. Amendments

The operator reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Using KK Hop On Hop Off services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
